As part of the communication strategy prior to the ExpoMóvil 2019 fair BMW challenged us to create an advertising campaign that would lead the brand to experiment in more artistic environments.
We had the challenge to develop an artistic advertising campaign with a completely different focus that the brand usually has, This is why we dared to use rotoscoping and frame by frame animation techniques to get to the finishes of the fauvist art with textures typical of acrylic paint.
We wanted a dynamic, exciting video that exploited artistic finishes to the maximum.
We resorted to a combination of techniques, first using 3D animation and then "tracing" the scene with an artistic style.
